96th Annual Supreme Convention – Warren, Ohio
We are anxiously awaiting your arrival at the 96th Annual Convention in Warren, Ohio, the weekend of September, 5 and 6, 2025. The event will be followed by our Chapter’s 2nd Annual Panigiri in Honor of Panagia Tsambika on Saturday, September 6, 2025 at 6:00 pm. We promise to make this an exciting and memorable weekend!Click on the calendar to the right for details of the weekend.
We would appreciate your assistance by selling the attached raffle tickets (20 tickets). Please make any checks received for the tickets out to Pan-Rhodian Society, Chapter 9. Raffle tickets can be turned in at the convention, or you could mail them by August 22, 2025 to Savas Magiassos, Treasurer, 120 Niles Cortland Rd SE, Warren, OH 44484. Thank you in advance.
We have negotiated reduced rates and placed a hold on ten rooms at the Fairfield Inn Warren Niles for $149 + tax. This rate is for single or double occupancy and it includes breakfast. To book a room at the special rate, please visit the hotel website. The special rate and the rooms will be held until Friday, August 15, 2025. The hotel is located near the Eastwood Mall, which has a wide variety of shopping and entertainment options.
The Hall layout where the Panigiri in Honor of Panagia Tsambika will be held is available under the calendar at the right. The Panigiri will start off with Vespers at 6:00 pm, followed by live entertainment from violinist Nikolas Charinos from Rhodes, Greece and the Greek band Karizma. Panigiri style food and drinks will be available for purchase. The dress code for the event is casual. The Convention and the Panigiri will all be taking place at the St. Demetrios Community Center located at 3223 Atlantic StNE, Warren, OH 44483.
As of now, we will hold 3 tables with ten seats at each table reserved for the delegates. Please let us know the delegates’ names and the names of individuals who will be accompanying them so that we can determine if any additional tables will need to be reserved. Delegates and all guests will be responsible for the reservation fees and all food and drinks purchased at the Panigiri. If anyone would like to reserve a table or single ticket, call Eleni Magiassos at 330-306-8477 or Cindy Lambis at 330-766-0918 to submit a reservation and select a table. Individual reservations can be made for $20, and table reservations, which seat ten guests, will cost $125. We would greatly appreciate your help in advertising by passing on the information for the Panigiri to members of your Chapters and communities!
